Terms & Conditions:

• Sistone, Inc. will warrant job that fails due to fabrication and installation mistakes for a period of (1) year from original date of installation.
• This warranty covers the repair of replacement, including material of failed job that has been permanently installed and that have not been moved from original installation.
• All decisions regarding this warranty are the sole discretion of Sistone and will be communicated to the end user promptly.

Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover any material defects.
• This does not cover jobs fabricated by Sistone and have been installed by others.
• This does not cover improper use or abuse.
• Sistone is not responsible for damage or injury caused in whole or part by acts of God, job site conditions, architectural or engineering design, structural movement, acts of vandalism or accidents.
